Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00 hours.

Check-out: latest until 11:00 hours.

Breakfast

No breakfast is served. Instead, you will receive a hearty welcoming basket upon arrival. Let us know if you have any special requests or intolerances.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is allowed on outside premises only.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed, unless agreed upon with extra charge of €10.00/pet/day.

Payments

50% fee applies with booking; 100% fee applies 7 days before arrival. For acceptable payment methods see “Booking & Payment” section.

Cancellations

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Parking

Private parking on site is limited to one (1) vehicle, available for guests of “The Complete Residence” & “Guest House 1”. Free public purling available nearby.

Housekeeping

The properties are cleaned prior to your arrival. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, please do not take towels or linens off the property.

Fresh/clean bed lined will provided once per week during your stay, while towels will be provided twice per week.

Personal Safety

Your personal safety comes first. We expect you will not engage in dangerous activities/behaviors, for example heavy drinking, illegal substance abuse or violence etc. In all your activities please use common sense.

House safety

Make sure all doors, windows & gates are properly locked every time you leave the Residence. Lights, A/C, Heating, stove, water heaters are to be turned off when away.

Children

Children of all ages are allowed in Eleanthi. Children should be supervised and accompanied as necessary, especially around the garden. Children are strictly forbidden from accessing the terrace.

Neighbours

Please be considerate towards your neighbours. “Partying” outdoors during the late evening or early morning hours can be disruptive Eleanthi is situated in a typically quiet residential community.

Parties & Special Events

Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted. Special events such as weddings, reunions, receptions etc. should have been advised to us in advance, as they require a separate contract and pricing.

Occupancy

Overnight guests must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property. No unregistered guests without prior approval are allowed.

Fires & Fireworks

Open fires are prohibited on the properties. Living room stove must be used with closed door at all times! Fireworks are not allowed on the properties or to be used in any capacity on the properties at any time. Use of candles is also prohibited.

Damages

Please report to us before your departure of any damages that may have occurred so that damages may be considered for coverage under Damage Protection / Security deposit.

Rental Agreement

Bookings are always accompanied by a simple & standard rental agreement, required by the Residence insurance contract

Primary guest

Primary Guest must be at least 18 years of age and provide a copy of passport or national ID, contact number, email and a signed copy of the “rental agreement” before check in. Refusal to do so may result in denial of access to the property.

Prior checking in

All fees, including cleaning fees and refundable damage deposit, must be deposited by guests before check in. Refundable damage deposit can be also be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in procedure

On the day of your arrival, an hour prior approximately, please give us a call at+306944668311 and confirm you will be arriving on schedule or update us on your new estimated arrival time.

In case there is a significant change on your travel plan, kindly let us know as soon as possible.

Once you finally arrive to “Eleanthi” call us one final time to greet you at the meeting point (Pyrgos village rear entrance) and show you around.

Your welcoming host will walk you around the house and:

  • Hand you over the keys.
  • Walk you through the residence, let you know everything you need about the house & answer any questions you may have.
  • Schedule change of towels & linen during your stay.

We’re committed to addressing any issues that come up during your stay with us, so do not hesitate to call us literally at any time for anything you may need, even if it is not house related.

Check-out procedure

Please let us know at least a day in advance the exact time of your checkout so we can recollect the keys and check for damages.

Checkout time is latest at 11:00 AM. Late checkout (14.00 PM) may be available upon advanced request (free of charge, upon availability).

Self-check-out option is also available. Make sure before you depart you do the following:

  • Return all sets of keys – according to instructions.
  • Ensure no food is left in the refrigerator / oven.
  • Close and lock all doors and windows.
  • Turn off water heater switches.
  • Turn off AC.
  • Place TV & AC remote controls on coffee table and bedside tables respectively.
  • Place leftover food in garbage and unwashed dishes in sink.
  • Remove wet towels from beds.
  • Check for misplaced towels.
  • Double check you have not forgotten anything.
  • Report any damages.
