Booking procedure_

Dear Guest

Thank you for your interest in staying at “Eleanthi”.

Once you officially express your interest in booking Eleanthi for your precious holidays, either by phone, email or by contacting us through our website form, we will shortly follow up with a financial offer for your days of interest through email.

Make sure you are clear about the following information:

  • Main guest Name & Surname
  • Email
  • Contact telephone number
  • Date of arrival
  • Date of departure
  • No of Guests (please also specify No any kids or toddlers)
  • Selection of Residence: “The Complete Residence”, “Guest house 1”, “Guest house 2”.

Please let us know if you accept the offer within the day and proceed with the following so we can complete the reservation for you.:

  • payment completion according to email instructions. Kindly let us know of the payment completion. Payment methods are presented further below.
  • Provide us with your telephone number or any other data missing from the abovementioned list.
  • Send us a copy of your passport or National ID. Reminder that primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Sign and send back to us the Rental Agreement (all 4 pages)– it is required by the Residence insurance contract.

Payment Policy_

Rental fees as described in the financial offer email.

€50 cleaning fee/stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit of €300 – transferred back into your account on your departure date.

Rates are in Euro and include 13% government VAT, 0.50% municipal tax and government overnight-stay tax (€0,50/Residence/night).

50% of payment applies with booking; 100% of payment applies 7 days prior your arrival.

The above rates are subject to residence availability and may change from one day to another white the reservation is not confirmed.

Cancellation Policy_

Strict – 7 days. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Payment Methods_

Option 1: Money transfer to one of our bank accounts (Eurobank EFG or WISE)

Option 2: PAYMENT LINK via debit/credit card.

If you wish to pay using your card, send us the full name, telephone number and email of the cardholder. We will create a Payment link that will be sent to the cardholder’s email. Follow the link to pay using your card in a secure web environment.

Option 3: PayPal

Use our email address info@eleanthi.com to proceed with the money transfer to our PayPal account.

Cash accepted only for the €300 refundable security deposit.

After Booking_

Since there is no reception desk at the Residence, it would be very helpful to know, at your earliest convenience, your approximate time of arrival on day of your check in. That is to make sure your welcoming host will be available and your check-in will go smoothly and without delays. In the case your travel schedule changes, or for any other reason you believe that your arrival time will shift significantly, kindly let us know by phone call, text message or email.

Also please do not hesitate to ask more questions about the house, the region, or even help you with suggestions on your planning. We will happily do so!

Checking In_

On the day of your arrival, an hour prior approximately, please give us a call at+306944668311 and confirm you will be arriving on schedule or update us on your new estimated arrival time.

In case there is a significant change on your travel plan, kindly let us know as soon as possible.

Once you finally arrive to “Eleanthi” call us one final time to greet you at the meeting point (Pyrgos village rear entrance) and show you around.

Your welcoming host will walk you around the house and:

  • Hand you over the keys.
  • Explain water heater switches.
  • Schedule change of towels & linen during your stay.

Or answer any other question you may have.

We’re committed to addressing any issues that come up during your stay with us, so do not hesitate to call myself (Nikos) literally at any time for anything you may need, even if it is not house related.

Checking Out_

Please let us know at least a day in advance the exact time of your checkout so we can recollect the keys and check for damages.

Checkout time is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout (14.00 PM) may be available upon advanced request (free of charge).

Self-check-out option is also available. Make sure before you depart you do the following:

  • Return all sets of keys (all) – according to instructions.
  • Ensure no food is left in the refrigerator / oven.
  • Close and lock all doors and windows.
  • Turn off water heater switches.
  • Turn off AC.
  • Place TV & AC remote controls on coffee table and bedside tables respectively.
  • Place leftover food in garbage and unwashed dishes in sink. Do not leave wet towels on beds.
  • Check for misplaced towels.
  • Double check you have not forgotten anything.
  • Report any damages.
